Estate of a Chief Aviation Engineer including the War Merit Cross, 2nd Class, with swords, manufacturer 6 (Fritz Zimmermann, Stuttgart) in a ribbon loop, ribbon 18 cm, together with a certificate of award bearing the ink signature of General Karl Alfred Haubold; Medal dated 1 October 1938, on a single-ribbon bar, in its award case (case denazified), with certificate of award; large certificate of appointment to the civil service, with ink signature by Milch; large certificate of appointment as Chief Aviation Engineer, order of appointment as Aviation Engineer for the duration of the war; service identity card; DLV (German Aviation Association) membership card; membership card for the Hof Gliding Club; various letters of recognition, transfer orders, laissez-passer, training course orders, marching orders, etc.; plus a folder containing various aircraft and test data, high-voltage records, etc., as well as approximately fourteen private photographs; the certificates have been punched with holes, whilst everything else is in good condition for its age; a rare estate from the Berlin Air District.
