A dagger for officers of the Ottoman navy Double-edged blade (with rust spots) featuring maritime decorative engravings on both sides, including an anchor, a sailing ship, a crescent moon, and a star. Riveted brass turban pommel, S-shaped guard made of nickel-plated brass with a locking button on the reverse side (sticky), one-piece white plastic handle (chip near the pommel), wire wrapping. Nickel-plated brass scabbard (worn, stamped “220”) with a movable carrying ring (one ring link missing). Partially slightly damaged, with signs of wear and age. Length 42.5 cm. Rare. Condition: II–III
