An ulanka for enlisted men of the Imperial and Royal Uhlan Regiments, dated 1914 Blue woolen cloth with madder-red leveling dye, four pockets with curved flaps, Polish cuffs, button placket with ten smooth white metal buttons (“Kompasseln”), shoulder strap made of yellow-and-black wool. Natural-colored linen lining (slightly stained) with the ink stamps “4 /T.L.G. 1914 Novotnx / L.W.M.D. 1914” (Landwehr Uniform Depot 1914), handwritten wearer’s name “Hartmann.” Signs of wear and age. Condition: II
