Rigid body, covered with felt; brim made of thick leather; on the front, the metal emblem “GR” beneath a crown with the motto of the Order of the Garter. Braided fabric fringe. At the top, a black fabric cockade and a red-and-white feather plume inserted into it. Fine gray-blue linen lining; paper labels inside the body. Partially slightly damaged; signs of age.
