Pair of Persian silver candlesticks First half of the 20th century, silver hallmarked 84 (840 fineness), maker’s and city hallmarks indecipherable; narrow, fluted shaft resting on a facetted, domed and moulded base, widening towards the shoulder; indented neck with fixed flower-shaped spout, all richly decorated with elaborate oriental ornamentation; in good condition for its age with minor signs of wear; height 22 cm each; total weight approx. 458 g.
