A wheel-lock carbine, a collector’s replica in the style of the Salzburg Halberdier Guard circa 1600 Octagonal barrel, deeply fluted in a baluster pattern that transitions to a round profile, with a reinforced muzzle. Smooth bore, 10.3 mm caliber. Engraved above the chamber; marked “1692” in front of the inserted rear sight. Finely engraved, patinated lock plate with trigger safety. Wheel lock with external wheel is defective. Full stock with fine, blackened engraved leg inlays and iron fittings. Wooden ramrod with horn tip. Length 84.5 cm. Condition: II–III
