A left-handed dagger in the Saxon style, 16th/19th century Original blade with a rhombic cross-section and a long, deep fuller on both sides. The substantial false edge is triple-fullered on both sides. The hilt is likely a work of the Historicism movement. Short guard with a thumb ring on one side and sturdy pommels. Leather-wrapped tang with iron ferrules. Octagonal pommel with a sturdy rib running around the center. Length 48 cm. Condition: II -
