Oblong folio; red half-calf with corner pieces, smooth spine with gold fillet, gilt title, double gilt fillet (contemporary binding). Some scuffing. Album comprising an engraved title page and 100 lithographic plates on mounted Chinese paper, depicting picturesque landscapes of the Pyrenees: Pau, Eaux Chaudes, Les Eaux Bonnes, Lourdes, Argelès, Pierrefitte, Gavarnie, Tourmalet, Bagnère-de-Bigorre, Arreau, Bagnère-de-Luchon, the Lys Valley… Sporadic foxing, mainly in the margins; a few small marginal tears, restored.
