"Standing Female Nude Seen from Behind," bears the signature and date "A. G. 94" Oil on canvas, mounted on hardboard. Signed and dated "A. G. 94" in the center left. Full-length female nude seen from behind against a greenish-gray wall and a light-colored strip of floor. A crack with loss of paint at the left edge of the painting at elbow level. Additional scratches, scuffs, and areas of loss, particularly at the edges of the painting and in the right-hand sections; ground partially exposed. Horizontal linear surface disturbance at the level of the buttocks. Varnish clouding in the area of the back. Extensive later application of paint in the lower right corner. Under reflected light, retouching on the figure and background that has aged to a different color; under UV light, additional areas with color discrepancies are visible. Painting dimensions 123.8 × 49 cm, frame dimensions 133.7 × 58.5 cm. Condition: III -
