Set in a cluster design with two oval Ceylon sapphire cabochons (total approx. 20.0 ct), 20 brilliant-cut diamonds (total approx. 0.97 ct, I/J, VS/SI) and 52 carved emerald leaves. With soldered-on hoops. Hallmarks: Fineness 750. Emeralds partially chipped, one emerald missing. Retaining loops soldered on subsequently. 3.7 x 3.4 cm. Total weight 40.84 g. 1970s.
