Domed openwork cartouche design with three pendant drops, lavishly set with diamonds: 100 small brilliant-cut diamonds (total approx. 1.5 ct, H/I, VS), 15 baguette-cut diamonds (total approx. 6.2 ct, K/L, VS), 9 brilliant-cut diamonds (total approx. 2.70 ct, J/K, VS/SI), 8 brilliant-cut diamonds (total approx. 0.96 ct, H/I, VS/SI), a central brilliant-cut diamond of approx. 1.70 ct (J/K, VS/SI) and a pear-cut diamond (approx. 2.50 ct, G/H, VVS/VS).
