An 18k yellow gold diamond and natural Ceylon sapphire (NTE) ring. Bezel set with an oval mixed-cut sapphire weighing 4.30 ct (9.42 × 7.24 × 7.03 mm, NTE), flanked on either side by three small brilliant-cut diamonds. Hallmarks: Fineness 585. Ring size 51. Weight 5.49 g. 1960s. Certificate Gemstone Report No. 040924 issued by DSEF (German Gemmological Institute), Idar-Oberstein, dated 22 June 2026, confirms that the blue stone is a natural sapphire, with no indications of heat treatment, originating from Sri Lanka.
