Hinged bracelet composed of circular-segment plates, with a large disc-shaped central clasp (diameter 40 mm) set with a mother-of-pearl plaque, decorated with an Op Art pattern in black champlevé enamel. Hallmarks: “Sterling Silver Vasarely CFA 58/250”. Two small, indistinct hallmarks. Length 16.0 cm. Maximum width 4.0 cm. Weight 80.27 g. Victor Vasarely, executed by Circle of Fine Art, c. 1985. Literature Venet (ed.), From Picasso to Jeff Koons: The Artist as Jeweler, Milan/London, 2011, p. 65, illustrates an identical piece.
