Inscribed on the reverse: “Il Corregio (Antonio Allegri).” (Lined drawing cut out along the outline of the subject; missing areas restored; stains; sun-faded). 25.4 x 22.2 cm Provenance: Colnaghi, London, 2002. In an email dated May 3, 2023, Mr. Chris Fischer informed the owner that this drawing is classified in his archives as “uncertain attribution: Fra Bartolomeo?”
