The 18K yellow gold case with shaped lugs, the inside case back signed “VACHERON & CONSTANTIN SWISS”, stamped “18K 0.750”, bearing the Swiss Helvetia head gold hallmark, and numbered 293954. Fitted with a later brown leather strap and gilt pin buckle. Case diameter: approx. 32 mm, excluding crown. The movement is running at the time of cataloguing.
