216 - CERTIFICATE OF ENTITLEMENT TO A MAJORATE on vellum granted by King Louis XVIII on December 14, 1822, to the Marquis Anselme-François-Henri-Marie de Roche Dragon, colonel of the Berry Cuirassiers Regiment, Knight of the Legion of Honor, Knight of the Order of Saint Louis, and Honorary Knight of the Order of Jerusalem. Decorated in the upper left corner with the recipient’s coat of arms painted in gouache. A large green wax seal depicting, on one side, King Louis XVIII seated in majesty, and on the other side, the royal coats of arms of France and Navarre. Preserved in its original sheet-metal case. 44 x 62 cm – Seal diameter: 12 cm.
