Announcement time: approx. 12:31 (Schedule subject to change) For the publisher Woldemar Klein (1892–1962), who was among the artist’s early circle of friends. — Created on “Ibiza, the Island of the Blessed.” - The drawing will be included in the catalog raisonné; to date, only one print based on this drawing has been documented there. - Included: Six New Year’s greeting cards by the artist featuring ink drawings, three in color, one with gold accents, all handwritten on the reverse. - One hand-addressed envelope, painted in color. WVZ P 61/1951 and cf. WVZ D 01/1952 (print based on the drawing) Horizontal crease from mailing.
