D'Oliveiras, Reserva Boal, 1973. Madeira PDO, Portugal. Fortified wine, semi-sweet. 1 bottle, 75 cl. Condition: IN (Into Neck). Dark wax capsule preserved, with minor surface irregularities. Official guarantee seal and hang tag present. Front inscriptions painted directly onto the glass, complete and legible. Hanging label and back label preserved, with slight signs of aging. A collectible Madeira from the 1973 vintage, produced by the historic D’Oliveiras house and bottled in 2001 after extended aging in oak barrels. Its age, having aged for over 25 years, and its association with one of Madeira’s most prestigious producers make this bottle of particular interest to collectors and connoisseurs of great Portuguese fortified wines.
