Bertani Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, 1997, Double Magnum (3L). D.O.C. Amarone della Valpolicella, Veneto, Italy. Red wine. 1 bottle of 3,000 ml. With its original wooden case. Opened for inspection. Condition: Liquid level 3 cm below the neck. Original maroon capsule, intact, with slight surface wrinkles. Original labels are complete and legible, with signs of aging, minor scuffs, and a slight loss of paper on the top label. Back label has age-related stains, small punctures, and paper loss along the bottom edge. Comes with the original wooden box. It comes from a private collection, stored under optimal temperature and humidity conditions. Bertani Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 1997 is a wine produced in the classic Valpolicella region of Italy’s Veneto region using the traditional process of drying the grapes prior to vinification. Its aging in wood is part of the historic style of the Bertani estate. The 1997 vintage is presented in a 3-liter bottle, which is particularly appealing to collectors of fine Italian wines suitable for aging.
