Labels intact and legible, with stains, scuffs, and superficial marks from storage. From a private collection, stored under optimal temperature and humidity conditions. Finca Dofí is one of the most representative wines of Álvaro Palacios, a key figure in the Priorat wine renaissance since the late 1980s. Sourced from vineyards located in the vicinity of Gratallops, it expresses the character of the licorella soils, the steep slopes, and the Mediterranean climate of the region. The 2005 vintage stands out for its concentration, balance, and aging potential. Made primarily from Garnacha, complemented by other traditional local varieties, it offers a profile of ripe black fruit, Mediterranean herbs, spices, and mineral notes, supported by an elegant structure and a persistent finish. A standout example of contemporary Priorat, it is especially prized by collectors.
