Three bottles have main labels that show discoloration and signs of moisture and aging; the other three retain intact and legible labels. The producer’s lower labels are preserved, some with stains and superficial mottling. Official D.O.Q. guarantee back labels Priorat are present and legible, with the serial numbers E 257920, E 257921, E 257922, E 257924, E 257926, and E 257928. Original wooden case labeled “Finca Dofí” and bearing the 2000 vintage. It comes from a private collection, stored under optimal temperature and humidity conditions. Finca Dofí is one of the flagship wines of Álvaro Palacios, a key figure in the Priorat wine renaissance and in the region’s establishment as a destination of international prestige. Made from grapes grown in vineyards located around Gratallops, on the region’s characteristic licorella soils, this wine expresses the depth and uniqueness of the Mediterranean landscape.
