Calvario, 2001. D.O.Ca. Rioja, Spain. Red wine. 6 bottles of 75 cl. Original wooden case opened for inspection, labeled with the name Calvario, Finca Allende, and the 2001 vintage. Condition: 1 cm of wine remaining below the cork. Original red capsules, intact and showing slight signs of storage. Labels and back labels are complete, with stains and minor scuffs, especially on some bottles. Official Rioja seals are intact. From a private collection, stored under optimal temperature and humidity conditions. Calvario is one of Finca Allende’s most prestigious and exclusive wines, produced from a historic vineyard planted in 1945. The 2001 vintage, considered exceptional in Rioja, is one of the appellation’s most highly regarded vintages.
