Cirsion, 2003. D.O.Ca. Rioja, Spain. Red wine. 3 bottles of 75 cl. With their original individual wooden boxes. Opened for inspection. Condition: Fill level BN (Base Neck) in all three bottles. Original, intact capsules. Labels are intact and legible, with slight surface stains and signs of aging typical of their age. Wooden boxes bearing the winery’s logo and the vintage. From a private collection, stored under optimal temperature and humidity conditions. Cirsion is one of the most unique and exclusive wines from Bodegas Roda, founded in Haro in the late 1980s. Its production is based on an exceptional selection of grapes from old vines, identified for their ability to achieve particularly advanced phenolic ripeness. The 2003 vintage, characterized by warm weather conditions, produced wines of remarkable concentration and fruit ripeness. Made primarily from Tempranillo, Cirsion stands out for its aromatic intensity, notes of black fruit, spices, cocoa, and balsamic nuances, as well as its enveloping texture and long finish. A limited-production wine, it is particularly prized by collectors of fine Rioja wines.
