All six bottles have red capsules with slight wrinkles and superficial signs of aging. The labels show stains, darkening, scuffs, and paper loss of varying severity. Five bottles retain identifiable front labels, while the sixth shows severe deterioration, with extensive label loss and traces of dirt adhering to the glass. The back labels and guarantee seals also show varying degrees of wear. Viña El Pisón is one of Rioja’s great cult wines and a leading example of contemporary Spanish viticulture. Sourced from a unique vineyard in Rioja Alavesa, it is distinguished by its limited production, international prestige, and extraordinary reputation among collectors.
