Bajoz Crianza 2000 is a red wine produced by Bodega Viña Bajoz in Morales de Toro, Zamora, within the D.O. Toro. Made from Tinta de Toro, a local variety of Tempranillo, and aged in American oak barrels, it represents the style of the appellation’s crianza wines at the beginning of the 21st century. Its presentation in a 6-liter Imperial format—equivalent to eight standard 75-cl bottles—makes it a unique item due to its capacity and its presentation in a wooden box bearing the winery’s logo.
