Pintia, 2005. D.O. Toro, Castile and León, Spain. Red wine. 6 bottles of 75 cl. Condition: IN (Into Neck). All six bottles have intact maroon capsules with slight surface scuffs. The front labels show stains and signs of moisture of varying intensity, particularly pronounced on two bottles: one with numerous dark stains and the other with vertical marks and minor paper damage. The remaining bottles have scattered stains and discoloration. The name and vintage remain legible on all of them. Back labels and numbered D.O. Toro seals are present, with some stains and scuffs. Pintia 2005 is a standout example from the early years of this prestigious project by the Vega Sicilia group in the Toro D.O. The 2005 vintage stands out for its critical acclaim and its contribution to establishing Pintia among the great contemporary Spanish wines. Its prestige, track record, and aging potential make it a vintage of particular interest to collectors and connoisseurs.
