Aalto, 2004. Magnum (1.5 L) D.O. Ribera del Duero, Castile and León, Spain. Red wine. 1 bottle of 1,500 ml. Condition: Fill level at the neck (IN—Into Neck). Original silver capsule, complete and intact, with the winery’s identifying embossing. Original front label, complete and legible, with minor scuffs, dark spots, and superficial paper loss. Original black back label, complete and legible, with slight creases. Ribera del Duero D.O. guarantee seal present, with slight wear and stains. It comes from a private collection, stored under optimal temperature and humidity conditions. Aalto 2004 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Aalto in the Ribera del Duero D.O. The winery, founded in 1999, has distinguished itself through its work with the Tempranillo grape variety—known locally as Tinto Fino—and through its selection of vineyards from different areas within the appellation. The 2004 vintage is from a particularly acclaimed harvest in Ribera del Duero. This 1.5-liter Magnum bottle, bottled in March 2007 according to its back label, is a presentation of interest to collectors of Spanish wines suitable for aging.
