Alión 2003 is one of the most acclaimed expressions of Tempranillo from the Ribera del Duero, produced by the winery belonging to the Vega Sicilia group. Crafted from a selection of Tinto Fino grapes and aged in French oak barrels, it offers a distinct identity from that of Vega Sicilia, based on varietal expression, concentration, and structural precision. The 2003 vintage, marked by particularly warm weather conditions, offers a profile of ripe black fruit, spicy and toasty notes, full-bodied tannins, and a structure of remarkable density.
