The elegantly formed vessel decorated with profusely scrolling lotus in red, blue, green and white enamel on black ground underneath a ruyi-head border at the shoulder and mouth rim. Featuring an elaborately modelled five-clawed dragon clambering along the the side of the ewer, integrated as a handle. Height: 11 1/2 in x width: 6 in x diameter: 4 1/4 in.
