Adrien-Auguste LEDUC (active in Sèvres between 1919 and 1954) for the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres "Liedet No. 1" vase in white glazed porcelain, decorated with a painted design in purple depicting a small faun and forest animals; the neck and base are accented with a gold trim 1947 Sèvres mark and date painted under the base beneath the glaze; signed and decorated with the number 97-47 under the base; executed by M. Leduc in 21h30 ??? Height: 27.5 cm Adiren-Auguste LEDUC worked as a decorator at the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres from 1919 to 1954, where he notably headed the Formes et Décors laboratory.
