Watercolor on cardboard with a silhouette of a spear-bearer that has been cut out and reattached. Signed and dated lower right. February 8, 1991. 21 x 28.5 cm. - II. Lampshade. Cardboard with the silhouette of a spear-bearer cut out and reattached with staples, as well as burn marks and burn holes. Signed and dated lower right, inscribed in the center. February 7, 1991. 21 x 29.5 cm. - III. Diary Page. Ink, pencil, and colored pencil on paper. Monogrammed and dated in the lower right corner. 1984. 20 x 16 cm. Mounted on white cardboard at the corners. On an accompanying frame backing board with a mounted title label from the ICI Gallery, New York. - IV. Untitled. Pencil drawing with a mounted color lithograph on sketchpad paper. On the reverse, an eight-line letter, signed and dated. January 9, 1994. 55.5 x 42 cm. - The print and the pencil drawing that extends from it depict the coastline and rivers around Amsterdam. - “So surely that should guarantee that your travels will occasionally take you through Amsterdam?!” (cover letter). - Folded down the center, with slight crease marks.
