Original cardboard binding with original cover, which has been reworked by the artist with watercolor. One-of-a-kind. - The original cover was personally reworked by the artist using watercolor in his typical style—with bold brushstrokes in black-blue and green—and signed in pencil on the upper right of the front inside flap (“Förg”) and dated “2001.” When laid flat, the landscape-format original watercolor measures 33.2 x 88.4 cm. - There are apparently a few copies with painted covers, but these are not designated as official special editions. The motifs and color schemes apparently vary greatly; however, we have only been able to verify one other copy on the market. The catalog itself was sold without a cover. — In impeccable condition. *
