The Italian artist group Gruppo N was founded by Alberto Biasi, Ennio Chiggio, Toni Costa, Edoardo Landi, and Manfredo Massironi and was active in Padua between 1960 and 1966. - "It (Gruppo N) was at the heart of Italian Programmed and Kinetic Art, and in their manifesto, written in 1961, these artists declared themselves ‘experimental draftsmen,’ free from any plans or artistic tendencies and united in the search for a new definition of art that would integrate painting, sculpture, architecture, and industrial production." (www.guggenheim-venice.it on Manfredo Massironi). - The first few pages show some crease marks and fingerprints and are slightly discolored.
