Second edition. — Published under the editorial direction of B. Volin (later active as Chief Censor; real name: I. Fradkin), with contributions from international representatives of the communist movement on the situation in various countries. However, it is striking that there is no contribution on prisons in Germany, such as Moabit. The only report on the situation in Bavaria came from the Munich journalist Joseph Eisenberger (here in Russian: I. Ajzenberger; he had already experienced exile in Siberia prior to the October Revolution), who, starting in May 1923, represented Germany as secretary on the Executive Committee of the Communist International (ECCI) and died in a Soviet labor camp in 1938. - Good copy. *
