Revolution of 1848 - R. H. I. Dreschen. *) For coarse civil servants and businessmen. Hard labor for threshers or the tearing apart of the world’s braids in Vienna. The “braid-wearing lot” gets a thrashing. With a woodcut title page. Vienna, Josef Ludwig, ca. 1848. 4 pp., double-sheet. Ten assignments to thrash—for a good wage—civil servants, clergy, pastors, schoolteachers, etc., who are guilty of certain derelictions of duty. The asterisk in the title announces a “second threshing.” For us, this is only verifiable in the ÖNB and the Vienna Library. — Horizontal fold crease; title page dusty; wide margins.
