SAINT-LOUIS Crystal paperweight. Decorated with a cristallo-ceramic design depicting the capital of Autun Cathedral within a circle of cane, on a purple background. Cut with six pontils and an upper window. Signed “SL” and dated 1975 within a cane. “SL” stamp on the reverse. Diameter: 7.5 cm. A few firing bubbles (one flush with the surface and open on the reverse). In 1974, a run of 400 pieces was produced, according to Gérard INGOLD’s book, *Les boules presse-papiers et les sulfures dans les Cristalleries de Saint Louis* (Ed. Hermé, 1985). Included in “Les éditions annuelles limitées” (Annual Limited Editions), pieces manufactured in 1974. Possible that the same edition was produced in 1975 (?).
