Shaw entitled "Red Tail Angels: A Salute to the Tuskegee Airmen," numbered 674/750, signed in the lower border in pencil by five airmen: Price D. Rice, Richard C. Caesar, William A. Campbell, Theodore Wilson, and William H. Holloman III. Also signed in the lower right corner by the artist. The artwork features a P-51 Mustang with signature red tail escorting a B-24 Liberator bomber through heavy clouds, honoring the WWII Tuskegee Airmen of the 332nd Fighter Group. Matted and framed to an overall size of 37 x 30. In fine condition.
