19th-century school, after Gerard Ter Borch (1617–1681) *The Gallant Soldier*, also known as *Young Woman to Whom a Man Offers Money*. Oil on canvas. (restorations, craquelure) 69 x 57 cm (frame: 90 x 79.5 cm) Note: The original of this painting is held in the collections of the Louvre Museum (INV 1899; MR 1063).
