Classical female figure with raised arm – French School – 19th century A two-tone bronze sculpture depicting a standing female figure, her right arm raised and her left arm extended to the side. She wears a draped, dark-toned tunic that reveals her arms and part of her legs, with a gilded finish on the anatomical surfaces. The figure’s hair is gathered, and she has a serene expression, in a classically inspired composition. She stands on a light-toned, fluted column decorated with garlands and gilded appliqués, topped by a quadrangular base with ornamental moldings. Overall dimensions: 194 × 45 × 38 cm.
