GOLDEN BRONZE LAMP, CIRCA 1940, WITH MYTHOLOGICAL KOI FISH BASE Gilt bronze lamp, circa 1940, with a mythological koi fish or iconic heraldic dolphin base. Classic 1940s design, reminiscent of the Louis XV fountain style. The heraldic dolphin or koi fish has a sinuous body and rests on a three-leaf bronze base. Entirely original to the period, in impeccable condition, complete, and in perfect working order. Beige shade. Lamp without shade: 23 cm x 10 cm. Complete: 29 cm x 25 cm.
