On the reverse, with a dedication note: “Gift to D. Collection [?] Politz 1912-”. Date: 19th century Description: Full-length depiction of a bearded man in a wrinkled antique robe. Keywords: 19th century, Romanticism, Biblical, Germany, Size: Paper: 35.8 cm x 24.2 cm (14.1 x 9.5 in), Image: 25.4 cm x 13.6 cm (10 x 5.4 in) Condition: Very good condition. Slightly soiled and creased, particularly along the sheet margins. There is a faint liquid stain in the lower left corner. The corners of the sheet are slightly bumped and creased.
