Titled in pencil in the lower left. Date: c. 1910 Description: A successful landscape depicting marshlands, likely in northern Germany or the Netherlands. The artist skillfully uses the sails of ships sailing in the distance, as well as the towering windmills, to enliven the flat landscape. Keywords: 20th century, Realism, Landscape, Germany, Size: Paper: 19.4 cm x 24.9 cm (7.6 x 9.8 in) Condition: Good condition. The sheet is slightly discolored due to its age and has spots in places, especially along the margins. There are pressure marks on the paper in the upper right corner. The corners of the sheet are slightly bumped.
