Dated in the lower left: “1806.” Date: 1806 Description: The artwork depicts a detailed landscape of a rocky gorge with lush vegetation. Trees and bushes line the path that winds its way up between steep rock faces. The use of light and shadow creates an impressive sense of depth that conveys a feeling of closeness to nature and tranquility.
