Kestner / Cop. nach Massaccio.” Date: c. 1830 Description: The work is a pencil copy based on Lorenzo Lotto’s painting from around 1506, which is housed in the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna. It is falsely attributed to Masaccio on the reverse.
