(50.8 x 36.8 cm) This lot is located in Philadelphia. Framed: 29 x 23 1/2 x 1 1/2 in. Work is adhered to front mat along all four sides via adhesive. Minor indentations to paper at upper right corner. Spots of foxing present at left in window and at lower center right in door frame. White spots of discoloration present in upper quadrant.
