It is interesting to note thatthe two baroque style console tables and the mid 19th century centretable, illustrated in the same archival photograph, appear to have very similarornate carvings to the present chairs indicating that the chairs and centretable were either made to match the two consoles tables or the whole suite offurniture was commissioned in the mid 19th century to furnish the grandinterior.
