Pappenheimer-style rapier. Forged iron mountings. Ridged pear-shaped pommel. Wooden tang covered with alternating double filigree. Body knot from which extends a multi-branched guard with double openwork and chiseled pontas. Straight, double-edged blade with a central fuller and remnants of engraved lettering. Composite piece, with damage and missing parts; partly from the 17th century. Total length: 112 cm.
