FLAT DESK Made of mahogany and mahogany veneer, rectangular in shape, featuring a drawer along the base, two drawers in a side cabinet, and a drawer designed to look like two in the second cabinet. The rounded, fluted legs are supported by a tapered base, also fluted. The top is trimmed with gilded leather featuring small metal studs (applied). Late Louis XVI period.
