MCM München handbag of black nylon with allover monogram and plaque, "Made in Germany" Black nylon, handbag, MCM München. On the front a gold-coloured plaque "MCM" with logo, "MÜNCHEN" and numbering "T5924", inside an embossed leather label "MCM" and "MADE IN GERMANY" with numbering "02107". Allover monogram with lettering, laurel and lozenges, two carrying handles with gold-coloured rivets, main compartment with zip, patch outer pocket at the front, inside a smaller compartment with zip. Good condition. 26x39x14 cm (HxWxD). 360-degree photo available on our website. The MCM brand was founded in Munich in 1976 by Michael Cromer, initially under the name Michael Cromer Munich, and still has its headquarters in the Bavarian state capital. The best-known material of the house is the cognac-coloured Visetos printed with the logo, which is found on many of its products. A characteristic of many MCM products is a plaque with a number. In 2005 the worldwide brand rights passed to the South Korean Sungjoo Group.
