Märklin 3489 DRG class 03.10 streamlined steam locomotive in blue, H0, orig. packaging Streamlined steam locomotive with tender of the Märklin brand, article number 3489, class 03.10 of the German Reichsbahn, gauge H0. Version in blue with full streamlined cladding and red running gear, running number 03 1049. Played-with condition. The locomotive's function has been tested and is present. In original packaging, box with storage marks. The absence of smaller, delicate add-on parts cannot be entirely ruled out. The track section shown serves only for presentation. Class 03.10 was a high-speed express locomotive of the German Reichsbahn which in the 1930s temporarily ran with a blue streamlined cladding for the fast long-distance trains. Märklin reproduces this striking version as an H0 model, which is sought after by collectors of streamlined locomotives.
